Everything from school activity trips and athletic team travel to weddings, corporate events, and group tours. Casino trips to Black Bear Casino Resort in Carlton — just ten minutes down Highway 210 — are a local favorite, and day trips to Duluth and the Twin Cities are common as well.
We recommend booking 4-6 weeks ahead for standard trips, and earlier for busy periods like prom season, graduation, and fall sports. That said, we keep vehicles based in Cloquet, so it never hurts to ask about short-notice availability.
We operate multiple vehicle types, from shuttles for smaller groups up to full-size motorcoaches. Tell us your headcount when you request a quote and we'll match you with the right vehicle — and if your group grows, we'll help you adjust.
Our standard billing policy is a 25% deposit to reserve your vehicle, with full payment due 30 days before your trip. There is a 4-hour minimum rental time on all charters.
Absolutely. From our Cloquet garage we regularly serve Esko, Scanlon, Carlton, Wrenshall, Moose Lake, and the entire Duluth-Superior area, which is only about 20 minutes up I-35. If your trip starts anywhere in the Northland, we can handle it.
